RETURN POLICY

When purchasing from Uma and Leopold, you automatically accept our return policy below.

Uma and Leopold has the right to refuse any return merchandise within reason.

We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be challenging. Please check our sizing charts carefully before making a purchase or contact our customer service at info@umaandleopold.com if you need any assistance. We would like to inform you that our sizing chart serves as a guideline and measurements can slightly differ due to cut, design or fabrication.

We cannot accept cross returns or exchanges between our stores and the online shop.

ONLINE RETURN

If you wish to do return to our online store it will be accepted only if these conditions are met:

  • return request with order number is sent within a 48 hour period to info@umaandleopold.com
  • product is returned within the original packaging and with original tags attached
  • invoice/receipt is included in the package
  • the garment is faulty
  • you wish to exchange the size of the same style
PLEASE NOTE
  • Items bought online cannot be return to any shop in Bali
  • We don’t accept any online return which has not been authorized
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer (except of faulty items)
  • Returns may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties both directions.
  • We are NOT responsible for products lost in transit
  • We DO NOT do accept return on faulty garments after 7 days of purchase date

After your garment received please allow us 5-7 days for quality check and approval

SHOP RETURN IN BALI

If you wish to return the merchandise that you bought in our shops in Bali it will be accepted only if these conditions are met:

  • you have to return the garment to the same shop you bought it
  • product is returned within the original packaging and with original tags attached
  • invoice/receipt is present
  • the garment is faulty
